About the Service
This unique 48-place service is situated on a stunning 25-acre bushland property, offering children and educators the opportunity to learn and grow within a calm, natural environment.
Operating from 7:00am â 6:00pm, the service is family-owned and heavily supported by the owners across administration and daily operations, creating a warm, collaborative and supportive culture.
The team works within a Key Educator Approach, valuing strong relationships, continuity of care and genuine connections with children and families.
About the Opportunity
This role is ideal for a mature Educator who is confident in their practice and brings strong communication skills when engaging with families, children and colleagues.
The service is looking for someone who:
- Has a genuine passion for early childhood education
- Demonstrates confidence in their practice and programming
- Builds positive, professional relationships with families
- Shows initiative and leadership capability
There is strong future growth potential within the service, with a Room Leader opportunity anticipated to arise within the next 12 months.
Essential Requirements
- Cert III, Diploma or ECT qualification in Early Childhood Education
- Current Working With Children Check
- Strong understanding of the EYLF and National Quality Standards
- Professional communication and relationship-building skills
- Team-focused attitude with a positive and proactive approach
